Training Options offered by Emerging Technologies

Depending on your needs, your time frame and the amount fo people thatneed training, choose from the following methods:

  • Online Training- Perfect for end-users who work from home or a remote office, our online service covers the same CRM topics from the convenience of your desktop. All you need to do is login into one of our online classes. The instructor will cover the same rich content we deliver in our facilities. Call for an updated schedule.
  • Public Training- For those who need Beginner and Intermediate classes, we offer hands-on Training classes in our facilities Atlanta. We also have agreements with other sites in the Southeastern United States for convenience. These classes are equipped with the best laptops available (1 per student) and can accommodate up to 12 students. The training sessions are perfect if you want to get totally "immersed" and need to focus completely on the session at hand. It is also an excellent opportunity to share your knowledge with other CRM! users.   • Corporate or Group Training These classes are unique since they are customized to your special requirements, held at your workplace and centered around topics that are essential to your business. Depending on the size of your company, budget and resources, we will put together a training plan that will cover all the topics required for the best use of your CRM system in your organization. We will also design these classes to match the level of experience of end-users so everyone can evolve efficiently at their own pace.
